The event
For twelve days, cinema takes over the Croisette.
Cannes changes from breakfast onwards. Meetings begin in hotel lobbies, premieres draw crowds to the Palais steps and the Croisette stays busy well after midnight. A morning screening, a quiet conversation on a terrace and the formality of an evening premiere all belong to the same intense festival day.
